Waited days for an appointment just for nobody to show up.
Update: Someone did reach out to me to make things right and explained that there are some folks in new positions which resulted in some lack of communication. I can be understanding of that. I was able to reschedule for later in the day, but ended up having to cancel because it just didn't fit into my day like I had planned.

Very unprofessional unfortunately a complete waist of time trying to get our taxes completed here ..Told me over the phone I didn't need information that we ended up needing and went out of our way to get information they said we needed that they didn't need lol They was All over the place then finally when we sat down the lady doing my taxes ( Christina) in the Charleston location was very very rude and made harsh remarks to my children highly unprofessional and sloppy she was dressed in dirty looking old clothes I was just surprised by her hygiene as well .. she ended up not knowing how to do her job and handed my papers back and said sorry... I was so uncomfortable I just left after waisting over an hour and a half .. I guess this place will hire anyone these days this place used to be the best not so much any longer clearly.. :( round two tomorrow smh what a wait of valuable time..
