After our car broke down on I-57, Zach and Justin came to the rescue. They were very timely, even with many other cars affected, and they made sure to keep us updated during our waiting time. The technician Justin C. was very professional and informative of my situation. He gave good personal insight and a speedy but safe trip from my residence near (Walmart in Charleston) to Charleston Auto Service Center for the best rate in town of $75 (based on vehicle type and drive type i.e. all wheel or front/rear wheel drive) other rates in town varied from $85-110.
