I would give this place a -5 if I could possibly give it a negative number at all I rented one of the large units that was accessed by a large garage door, which she used a keypad to get in. They would not let me change the keypad number to stop somebody else from breaking into my unit which they called me This morning and told me if somebody had broken into my unit, I do not feel comfortable, leaving myself my property in a place where I can walk it down without other people going by putting in codes and being able to get it to open

We have need a customer since 2019. The price started out reasonable. In the past 3 years they have raised the rates from 85.00 to now 104.00 a month. They do not offer a veterans discount and do not provide a reason for the high cost. Buyer beware of raising rates, without cause.

Terrific security and easy billing. The 10pm cutoff for access has been a little annoying. But I appreciate the rules and knowing my stuff is safe.
