“Let me start off with I’m not friends with the owner or any employee. I stumbled on this place with my grand daughter while we were visiting my son who lives in the area. The employee who was working that Saturday was extremely helpful and so patient and kind to my grand daughter. The place was really busy but never did she makes us feel like we were bothering her with as many questions as my grand daughter kept asking. We bought quite a few things and went on our way. When we got to my sons later Saturday evening we realized the 2 items my granddaughter was so excited about was not in our bags. I tried calling but they were closed and would be closed until Tuesday and we had to leave Sunday. I called again but did not leave a message. After a week, I decided to try to reach out again and realized the owner had posted about trying to find us. She went out of her way to look for a purse I wanted when I was there and let me purchase it with a discount and offered free shipping to ship the items we left and my new purse. It is rare these days to find such wonderful customer service. I highly recommend this establishment and hope everyone in the area stops by and gives this small business a chance to thrive!
