I've had great service from them in the past, so when I was in Charleston this summer I took my car to them. I trust them to be honest and to do good work. And once again, they did! Their prices are very reasonable and they do great work!

7/16/2025 - Erin told me she would send my parts to my NEW autobody person and they have yet to receive anything. She also told me she would refund me my deductible, NEVER happened. She received $9,300 from my insurance and did nothing except more damage to my car. dead battery, windows off the track, trim off the windshield, handles off the driver side front and back doors. Never talked with Matt, but Erin, as nice as she is, lies over and over again to extend time. Admitted mismanagement of money is why my car wasn't finished.
April 2025:
Took my 2020 Explorer in for repair December 2023. January 2024 I was told the parts were back ordered. December 2024 I was told the parts were finally released and car should be repaired by February 2025. I didn't contact them until March 2025. Excuse after excuse with the need of 2 more weeks. May 14, 2025 I finally retrieve my car with a tow truck to take to another place for repairs. I was told the parts were ordered May 8th and should be in Monday. 2 other car owners were there to pick up their cars after sitting for a year. I was thankful my car was in running order after sitting for 17 months.

I had two headlights that were out and needed replacing. An auto parts store suggested I go to an auto body shop, so I went to World Class Collision. Erin at the desk was so friendly and welcoming. She took my car into the shop right away. It needed more extensive work, so they got me in the next day and got it taken care of. Pricing was fair and way better than I thought it would be! I highly recommend Matt and Erin!

My aunt has had her truck there for a YEAR! they won't respond to her anymore and it's still just sitting there, but they cashed thr insurance check.
UPDATE: I contacted the local news, they are gathering info from her story and others to possibly do a news story

My friend’s truck has been there for over a year and insurance has paid $22k to them to fix it. No truck. Dont use these people if you want your vehicle back.

Terrible place never take your car here to get anything done especially if there's insurance involved rude unprofessional people absolutely stinks at their job they're never there and have very poor contact with you just terrible her husband's the only one that works on the cars and they work when they want not to get you anything done any quicker or faster or anything it's told several lies they scrapped my car because they decided they wanted to do work to it that wasn't even related to the claim just terrible
