Don’t go here. Gabriel told me that by adding a line we would lower our bill. In fact, the cost went up by over $50. When I went in to discuss the problem, the associate was disrespectful. I had to go to a different location and spend two hours to fix the problem. Staff at the Chatham location are incompetent, aren’t willing to help fix the problems they cause, and the customer service is incredibly poor.

Stopped in to AT&T today for a speaker issue on my phone. Long story short, I ended up with an upgrade AND a watch to match!! Ty was beyond amazing with his service and knowledge! He was able to lower my bill and increase my service all around! Highly recommend making the drive to Chatham for any of your cellular needs!!!

After avoiding other locations due to several not so great experiences, I decided to try out the Chatham, IL location instead. I was able to sit down as soon as I walked in and get everything and more that I came for. The Manager, Jake along with Sales Associates, Ty and Gabe, were all extremely pleasant and helpful. They worked as a team and made sure that all of my account issues were straightened out, questions answered, and that I was able to take advantage of all of the current discounts and deals. Changes, upgrades, new lines and a few new devices later, and I was good to go. Huge thank you to the Chatham AT&T team for their professionalism, patience, and knowledge. I highly recommend you go see them for all of your mobile needs!

Totally messed up my bill and claimed they were going to save me almost $50 a month. Nope.Bill went up by $160, and, for some unknown reason, they added a line without authorization. I talked to the manager and he claimed he couldn’t do anything because he wasn’t the original sales guy. ATT’s billing dept. said that as the manager, he could in fact access and fix it, he just chose not to and that the line was probably added to pad commission. Totally sketchy. Stay FAR away from this one.

AT&T Store in Chatham Illinois is a great place to get your answers on you questions! A Real Friendly and knowledgeable Staff there! They treat you like family! And Gabriel knows his stuff!

Showed up to add a line during my lunch time and they have the audacity to be closed for a meeting . The meeting g should be about keeping your doors open and business flowing…. Thanks for wasting my time

My family convinced my elderly great uncle to visit this AT&T store yesterday (6/13) during the day to get his first cell phone. When we approached the store there was a man outside the back of the store sitting down. We went to the front of the store and there was a lock on the door. My mom went next door to the Dominos and the workers went out to get the man in the back to come help us. The man never came inside and was still sitting in the back when we left. His break and a cigarette was more important than helping a customer. I have never been more disappointed in a business not being willing to serve customers.

My wife and I came in, and we was greeted as soon as we walked into the store. Sales people were busy with a couple of customers, but we were helped with our service in less then 5 minutes. We greatly appreciated the information about the Iphone 13 special that was going on, and Nick the store Manager was the one helping us. Not only was his service outstanding, but he is saving us money each month compared to our previous contract. We are so happy that we came in to get new phones, because our experience at the Chatham Illinois AT&T was amazing. Connor the rep that helped us was amazing. He was very friendly, did everything for us that we came in for. Connor even helped us with a new plan that is saving us money on our bill. I got to say I think this visit was the best visit I've had at any AT&T store. Connor made it a great visit & I wish more employees would look to be like him.

Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and even helped me set up my new phone. They we patient with my lack of knowledge. They answered all my questions an concerns without making me feel d**** One of the best experiences I have ever had buying a new phone. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend this location.

I love this store! Staff are fun, friendly and knowledgeable about the different devices and plans. They’ve helped me find a better plan that cost less money and included unlimited data. Ask for Lexi!
