“Great service while I was in a serious pickle. Late night overheating issues on the side of the road, 2 hours from home serving my National Guard Duties. Nick came to my rescue in 15 minutes, had great conversation on the way to Firestone, no place to sleep at the Armory so I sleep in my car this one night a month, it’s cozy, but Nick offered to go get me food or to call if I needed anything, and he didn’t charge me for the Tow. “So, here’s the back story.. I was driving down the interstate where someone had lost a piece of their vehicle. Leave it up to me to hit! It knocked a bolt loose underneath my car causing my skid plate to drop & drag. I called my dealership MULTIPLE times within a two week span to see if they could schedule me an appointment to have this fixed. No response. “If you own a foreign car this is the place to take it! I have taken my car to them on more than one occasion and always get it back fixed. I thought I had an issue after my last visit after picking up my vehicle and called Eric and his team and explained what was going on. They explained what the car was doing (air suspension was relearning via computer settings), and said to call on Monday if the issue wasn't resolved and it did resolve itself. Eric himself reached out to me on Monday morning before I had the opportunity to reach out to him to follow up on the issue I was having. Eric and his team truly care and are amazing with the work and business ethics and it shows. Phenomenal Job to you and your team!!!!!”

“I was recently at this location on McArthur Blvd this past week to get my battery checked and to purchase wiper blades. The one employee that stood out to me was Jessie. She was amazing! She was taking out a battery for a gentleman and still helping her coworkers with questions that they had. I patiently waited for her to help me with my battery check and she even installed my blades for me. She was hands down the best. Super friendly and very knowledgeable about everything. Originally, my plans was to order from rock Auto online i just needed help finding the right parts. Rickey Hawthorne provided me with the best customer service ever, he found me a mechanic that happened to be in the store, I was able to purchase my parts with the mechanic discount. The mechanic also said he would repair my vehicle at a”playa discount” which was over half of what I was originally quoted from another mechanic.
