“I'm not one to leave a ton of reviews, good or bad. However, I do feel as if exceptional customer service should be recognized. There was a discrepancy on course of action for my daughters school testing. One of the nurses, Francis, took the time to listen to and address my concerns, dig deep to find the cause of the discrepancy, reciprocate the information to the doctor, efficiently get my information, and FIX the issue at hand. Being first thing in the morning, I know I did not sound pleasant. She never got flustered, never got agitated, and helped me. Francis portrayed amazing patient care today. We need more people like her in the world (and medial field)”
