“Stopped in to drop off letters and buy stamps. The people at the counter were very nice and I picked up some beautiful stamps. I always say if I'm paying for postage the stamps will be pretty and they had a nice selection.”
“Like many post offices today, the building, while not old, has not been well maintained. There are homeless people laying on the sidewalk near the front door. Once inside there is usually only one clerk waiting on customers, so there sometimes can be a line. They provide a full level of service, however.”

“Had a package marked “out for delivery” but wasn’t delivered. Went to the post office the next morning and Ron did such an exceptional job working with me. Said this happens when the package gets to the post office after the carriers have already left. He brought my package out for me right there and then!!! Thank you so much Ron!!!
Advice to anyone who is having a USPS issue, stop playing phone tag and go in to your local branch. These are people doing their jobs and they’ll usually do their best to help if you ask politely!”

“Sharon at the USPS office in Chatham went above and beyond. I stopped in on a Thursday just before close and before the 4th of July weekend to see how I could possibly intercept some Silkie Hatching eggs in fear they would not make it in time over the long holiday weekend. Sharon took the time to call around and work her magic to locate them, I had them in my hands the very next morning! She even called me during the evening prior and following morning with an update. Thank you Sharon! You really are special and I am so thankful for your help. The eggs are developing beautifully and it’s all because of you!”
