I placed a photo order that said it would be ready at 8:34am, I callee to make sure it would be ready and at least two employees searched high and low for my order because their system showed it was ready. They couldn't find the order and didn't think they had the materials. Nick offered to drive to another store for the materials, but he ended up finding them in the stockroom and made the order right away. I appreciated the employees working to make sure I got my order timely. Thank you!

Ordered my prescription and was told to come anytime after 10 am the next day. Came at 3 pm and was told they don’t have it and to come back tomorrow. Called the next day to make sure it was there before we went to get it and they can’t find any record of it and then hung up. Called back and was hung up on again.

The.ypung cashier on 5/6 around 8pm was wearing a camouflage ball cap and had ear buds in. Was he on his phone? Listeneing to music? Shouldn't have had then I period nor should he have been wearing the ball cap.

Tried picking up prescription since Monday and it's Friday. Everytime I come they tell me they can have it filled in 15 minutes. I waited today and for them to tell me they don't have it to fill it. Monday they said directions were wrong and Tuesday said they need clearer directions, Wed ,Thursday and today was told they would have it ready in 15 minutes just to say Friday they don't have it to fill it. Just say you can't fill it Monday. I've drove everyday to pick it up and still don't have it. Migraine shots. What directions do you need besides give 1 shot as needed for migraine. Frustrated. So don't go to this pharmacy they are TERRIBLE!!! Take your business elsewhere.

Avoid Walgreens if you can. Customer service is terrible, and the system they run on is even worse. Finally, after two days of phone calls, they said we have your prescriptions ready. Except they claimed that the doctor's office canceled one of them (they didn't).

Only one lane open at the drive-thru pharmacy. Cars backed up to Veterans Parkway. Not sure if 2nd lane is down for maintenance or if the staff is punishing the customers with a long line. 30 minutes and I am finally one car away.

Forget getting your scripts in business hours. You show up and they punch on their computer for 10 minutes and say come back tomorrow when it’s ready. Then bad mouth you to each other as you leave. Couldn’t believe how unprofessional

Very unprofessional. Pharm gives scripts out to wrong people, loses scripts, and states you've picked up your med, when one has not. Always an excuse.Remember, Walgreens is not the only place that fills prescriptions in town.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very unprofessional & has a track record that proves all of this, on Goole Reviews. This pharmacy gives prescriptions out to wrong people, loses prescriptions on the regular, and states you've picked up your medicine, when one has not. Always has an excuse. Remember, Walgreens in Chatham, IL is not the only place that fills prescriptions in Chatham. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

never anyone to help and check out people are never at their registers. Idk what Walgreens pays these people but its too much for how little they care for their jobs and how little they do
