Everything seemed ok with the exception of of the fact that that it was 90 degrees outside and probably hotter in the laundromat. There was 0 air conditioning, only the front door propped open . I understand being fiscally conservative. But it seems like air conditioning is somewhat expected in a commercial building. .

I spent six and a half dollars on a washing machine that didn't even do a full cycle. My clothes came out full of foam and wet. I had to move them to another washing machine and spend more money.

Nice and clean. The machines take quarters or an app (call pay range) but they have a change machine if you bring paper and there's an ATM in the corner. I went Sunday around 5pm and there were about 6 people. The chairs could be more comfortable and I'm didn't see any wifi passwords, but xfinity had a hot spot. they have a vending for soap and for snacks. parking in front free but limited.

We went around 1pm on a Sunday. Place is small, but it was quiet, only two other people there. They do accept change which is a plus! Otherwise atmosphere was great, i would recommend!

They haven't filled the change machine(which was empty last week too!)so I begrudgingly downloaded the app to pay then realized that I needed quarters to buy soap so I couldn't wash anything. I guess if you forget to bring the soap or need quarters from the bank after hours then go somewhere else! I will have to hand wash my uniform for work tomorrow so I'm pretty pissed off! I recommend the laundromat in Genoa Illinois and the Maytag laundromat in McHenry. I wish I stopped somewhere on the way back from Chicago. This laundromat is a pain in the butt and overpriced. I'm deleting the app and canceling my debit card!

We started going there as a date night. Put clothes in go have dinner come Back. Now we are going to find somewhere else to go. Price doubled times on machine less some just eat your money. Left notes no reply. Painting the outside instead of fixing the problem inside. Inside is where the Profit is not on the paint on the outside. We get the same reply to Raising prices that still doesn’t fix the problem of the equipment not working. I get pricing going up if the stuff is working but that’s not happening.What a joke the owner saying he try’s to stay on top of fixing the machines. The same machines have been down for a year and a half since we started going there!!! Plus more!!Good thing there’s more laundromats in the area!!!
