Lost a customer today over a $9 return. Had a receipt but it was over 30 days. Question for a HARDWARE STORE. You know a kitchen remodel takes more than 30 days, right? I left the wire nuts and told them they could just have them back. Nothing there that I can't have shipped or get at Walmart or Bucheits.

What is customer service anymore???? I was asked if I knew what the price of the item was that i had. Then i was asked if I minded to go check the price of what I was purchasing because their system was down. Cashier didn't attempt to go check. I felt that wasn't the customer responsibility. Good customer service isn't just saying hello and to socialize with the customer!
