About Fifty Four Farms
Shaun and Kim Tyson are first generation farmers that specialize in grass fed-grain finished beef. The beef at 54 farms ( Formerly known as Tyson Farms ) is free of added hormones and unnecessary antibiotics. There is a strong focus on meat quality, marbling, and docility, as well as humane handling and processing techniques. They started 54 Farms in 2015 with their children and have experienced explosive growth that has led to them becoming one of the premier direct to consumer/retail beef farms in Central Illinois.

Picked up a half cow last week and the customer service, from deposit to pickup, was great. Only thing better were the steaks we cooked up over the weekend. May never buy beef from the supermarket chains again!

Just bought a half cow from here!!! I have to say it's the best meat I have ever had. Great Family farm, if you are looking for meat that's not from a store this is the place to go!!!

Fifty Four Farms has it going on. Some of the best beef I have ever had. Tenderloins melts in your mouth, strip steaks are like ribeyes, and the ribeyes will blow you mind. I highly recommend Fifty Four Farms. Top notch!
