Tateanna was my cashier. Rude, loud, and demeaning. I was well aware the person in front of me was still unloading their cart, I had the divider down but had yet to unload my stuff. She makes a big stink about it and I remind her that after 30 years of life, I was well aware of how the system worked at the check out. She then engaged in an argument stating that I didn’t need to get smart with her! Lmao! This drew attention from other staff. The store was a mess. Priorities are poorly misdirected here. The staff was acting like TSA. Very ridiculous for a grocery store. Will be going to the homewood location from now on. What a joke.

Honestly, the fruit rotten. They do not have any stock whatsoever. You can tell management doesn’t really care about Or they’re not willing to help anybody looking for items this is probably the worst store I have ever been to

Good selection of fresh produce, meats, organic grocery items, and healthy options overall. There is a section with items that are "here today, gone tomorrow" that I feel always has some items worth checking out, whether seasonal or going out of stock.
I usually bring my reusable bag and put my items in there, but if I forget it I can usually find an empty box on the shelf or in one of their carts that I can use to put my items in to save on plastic waste and buying a bag from them. Super convenient and great for the environment.
Good selection of meats and fruit, especially if you want something locally grow. Prices fluctuate but they seem reasonable to me in comparison for the quality of items you're getting.
I will say the self checkouts rolling out at many of the Aldi's are game changers. Otherwise, the lines can get pretty ridiculous and, besides holidays, I don't think I've ever seen more than two lanes open at a time at ANY Aldi from Illinois to Indiana. Other than that, I love going to Aldi for the prices, quality of ingredients, and the "here today, gone tomorrow" section!!!
P.S. there is a section in most Aldi locations with items from gardening to shoes to blankets to coloring books. Great finds in there too!!!

The store was cleaned and well stocked. And Calvin, my cashier was fast but also engaged and nice! Great to see them getting more of the new limited edition items in. If I had one gripe, which has nothing to do with the store itself but more, the distributor is that I wish they had more of a selection for pets , i.e. different brands of cat food even just Purina. Because unfortunately, my cat does not like the food that all the offers.?
