Do an exchange. Arrived now I’m told I need to wait until unit arrives at store. Clearly Jackie needs to learn how to ask more questions. This is the worst service I received. Never again will I come to this location.

Came in for a new phone because my phone went out. The employee instructed me to file a claim and bring in the phone to him for $700 credit. I did that and he acted completely clueless! Turns out I had to return it to UPS and there is a extra $200 on my bill. He also changed my plan and added features I didn't ask for! I don't know if he was trying to pocket a phone or scam; but, there was no need to file a claim at all, I only did it because it was suggested to me and now my bill is the highest it has ever been and I've been a customer for years!! I wouldn't recommend doing business with Terrence at this location; customer service was terrible

Don’t know who it was that I talked to about upgrading phones, but I’ll find out tomorrow(Sunday) I was asking what time they closed so I could call back because I was driving at the time and I wasn’t going to be able to give card info and stuff. I called today Jan 6th at 6:04 it was a guy. He likes to hang up phones the second he hears a no it’s okay we’ll see who hangs up what when I go to the store tomorrow and if he’s not there I’ll show up every day till he is

My recent experience at this location was excellent. I didn’t have to wait long at all and Mareena gave outstanding customer service. She also made me aware of specials and opportunities to reduce my current bill. This makes me want to stay with AT&T.
