They sell both new and used tires, and I decided to go with used tires that honestly look almost brand new. The staff works hard and took care of everything quickly. “I paid less than half the price for rear brakes and rotors than what the dealer quoted me. They will absolutely tell you like it is, no doom and gloom, if something doesn’t HAVE to be done immediately they won’t try and force it, they want you safe not broke. The dealer made it sound like my brakes were going to completely fail like immediately (this was months ago) Fast Pace looked at them and was like yeah those were gonna start grinding soon. The longest part of whole thing was waiting for the parts to be delivered. No joke, within 10 minutes of parts arriving my car was off the lift and done. I will recommend this shop to everyone I know. Incredibly genuine people and a place where fast service doesn’t mean sloppy.”
“Called around to multiple places when my air conditioning condenser died on me during triple digit weather. Imperial was able to get me in that same day and had everything working perfectly within 24hrs, just in time for a long road trip. I felt the price was super fair and they didn’t leave my car grimy like some places might. They even had time to squeeze in new breaks, which I really appreciated since we were traveling the next day. They had great communication throughout. Will use again for sure.”

“Definitely worth the wait!! I hit a deer over a vacation trip in Georgia. My insurance referred me to this shop and it was close to my house so I made an appointment. They were booked so I had to keep driving my duct taped car for a few weeks. My accident was on the 14th, I contacted the shop on the 16th, I brought my car in on the 6th of the following month and it was ready on the 22nd. It's practically a brand new car and they worked directly with my insurance so I just had to pay them my deductible when they were done. Such a simple process, I'm really happy with their work.”

“Over the years, I've been here multiple times and all of my experiences have been great. I have a 1994 Dodge Stealth. I've had an engine put in my car, brakes and tie rods, and most recently had a timing chain done. I haven't had any issues with anything they have fixed. Julio is extremely pleasant to work with, is very concise in explaining what the problem with your car is, and is super fair with his prices. I've also had my son's car brought there, and he says he will only bring his car to Julio going forward. There's a reason he stays busy, otherwise people would not go to him if he wasn't handling business with cars. I recommend this place highly. If I don't have a vehicle under warranty with a dealership, I'm bringing it to Auto Shop Solutions.”

“Great service.Terrible service. With no codes my transmission had transmission shutter between gears. I was told without a code I had to wait for the transmission to blow up for them to repair it. I talked to two other AAMCO shops and they knew what was happening said they will repair my transmission. I would not send anyone to the Chicago Heights AAMCO for any auto repair.”

“I'd like to apologize to Issa and his team for not submitting a review years ago when I had my 1999 Chevy Malibu; he knows how much that car meant to me. I thought I had already submitted a review, but I can submit it now. Rob introduced me to Issa as the new owner years ago, and yes, I was hesitant, but that hesitation soon passed when my Malibu needed repair. I trusted Issa and his team and have ever since. He also advised me over the phone about my next car, which was a 2014 Nissan Versa, and once again kept it running until I was hit by a driver last February. Well, now that I adore the ride of a Nissan, I was blessed with an upgrade to an Altima. Yes, Issa teased me that he wouldn't see me again because of my new car and the perks Nissan offers, but guess what? He is and will always be my mechanic because I trust his opinion, his honesty, and his fair prices, and he and his team are great people!
