I called Cricket on behalf of my cousin, we were on three way. We explained he was bed ridden, and got a text that his phone would be cut off @ 11:59pm. He paid his bill in the Store on Ashland in Chicago Heights 12/23/23 a Corporate manager got on the phone and refused to give us his name or the name of the lady who answered the phone . Bad business!@

This PLACE IS A JOKE. JOSE LIED AND TRIED TO MAKE ME THINK I WAS GETTING A DEAL. HE LIED IN MY FACE AND TOLD ME THE PHONE WAS 150.00 ON THE CRICKET WEBSITE THE PHONE WAS 49.00 HE CHARGED ME FOR THE EARPIECE AND LIED AND SAID THEY WERE FREE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I CALLED CRICKET AND WAS TOLD TO GO BACK THERE TO GET A REFUND. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BEAU. OVER ALL I PAID ALMOST 200.00 FOR A BASIC PHONE. IF YOU HAVE TO GO THERE. MAKE SURE TO CHECK PRICES ON THE CRICKET WEBSITE FIRST. IF YOU DID BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPT

Visisted the store, sudays hours close at 5pm its 2pm and the doors are locked an no employees are here. This place us horrible.

They don't have air conditioner they don't take care of the customers or their employees vaping out of an air conditioner for the past a year and a half and it's a shame you go and pay your bill and you should come out of their sweaty the owners don't care so I go to another place I won't go there it's on US 30 in Chicago Heights

Service suck, the manager is very rude. I will never stop at that store again. And the one star is for the location not the staff. I will stick with the Homewood location. Much better customer service

I want to to cricket Wireless to get a headset for my phone it was 3295 2 weeks later one side of the headset went out so I went back to Cricket Wireless with my receipt and the headset and they told me there was no warranty and if I wanted a news headset it would cost me 3295 they said there's no warranty on Accessory items and I didn't see anything posted in the store anything on the wall saying that so then I called corporate night talk to somebody at corporate and they said the same thing there's no warranty on Accessory items so the only option I had was to call the credit card company and have the credit card company pull the file and I got my money back from the credit card company and they took the money out of crickets account I had a really bad experience and I can only tell you what happened but it doesn't make sense to me that if you buy something and then two weeks later something goes wrong with it and then they tell you there's no warranty some went to Walmart and got a headset it's a cheaper one and it doesn't work as good as that one but I'm not going back to Cricket to buy another one at Walmart it was 1995 but like I say it doesn't have the quality The Crickets had but sometimes you just got to do what you got to do and hold the line
