CrossFit of Chicago heights kept me on track again, I love the team, Coach Zach is a power house and i appreciate everyone for their support I feel strong and now I crave working out. Excellent coaches, squeaky clean facilities, family atmosphere, classes are just the right amount of challenge for each individual with a functional movement focus. I appreciated the class schedule, accompanying app with social interactions and proper form videos, encouraging people who all knew my name. Such a great place!
