I hired this place to clean my home and they did a terrible job. Didn’t clean the tub or walls in the bathroom. There was dust on the counter and didn’t even mop the basement floor. Called the company and had them return and it still was poor service. I will never use this company againService: Standard cleaning

They did such an excellent job! Very professional, very nice and personable. Made my home feel, look and smell as if I just moved in. I will definitely be calling them again. They are very much appreciated!

Gloria services did a great job on our home, they were on time they cleaned everything from top to bottom so this can make our move so easy, definitely will use them again in the future

I have used this cleaning service in the past. While the cleaning was serviceable. I had no major complaints. The last cleaning was a different story. I heard a bit of rumbling from the area they were cleaning but did not think anything of it until later. The floors were not thoroughly vacuumed. The living room blinds had been knocked out of place. The worst offense was a broken Angel and picture frame in the powder room. I was not informed about the broken items. When I discovered it I contacted the company immediately. When confronted, the staff member lied about breaking one of the items. Thank goodness for cameras. The scheduler offered to replace the items. However one was a precious token from my grandmother that passed away several years ago. These are not replaceable. In addition the staff did not work a full two hours but I was told I would have to be charged for additional time. Who knows why. Perhaps the two cleaning ladies I had were simply bad apples in the bunch. I won’t be back to find out.Service: Standard cleaning

I just recently hired these ladies to come out and clean my home and let me tell you they are not even out of my house yet but it looks amazing!!!! My home isn’t junky or cluttered but I just want my floors and oven and just minor things cleaned and they are doing just that! I am now scheduling them every 2 weeks for a touch up….you ladies ROCK and Kelly is amazing and easy to communicate with.

Have been calling for 2 weeks, submitted an online inquiry and even had someone pick up and say can I callYou right back and never once had a return call. It’s a shame I was very serious about using them for a deep clean.

The staff frequently changes and I fired them because I saw one of them use a rag she was cleaning the floor with use it on the counter. They didn't clean the second floor at all and wanted full pay.

I rarely review businesses but I was so impressed with Gloria Services I just had to rave about the wonderful job they did! A friend recommended Gloria to do a deep clean on a new house I purchased and by the time they were done it sparkled like new. The staff was on time, polite and got right to work. We have been very happy with Gloria Services cleaning service. Their cleaning crew is very thorough and always does a great job! We have used both their deep cleaning service and also have regular cleanings, which are both outstanding. Very trustworthy and professional, highly recommend!
