I've been going to this cleaners for 30 years without issue. The last 6 months, I've noticed a change. Increased prices, bad service and less than average cleaning. This place has gone from hero to ZERO. Please avoid!

I brought my silk sport shirt there for dry cleaning and it came back with the stains from the discoloration of the buttons. Returned the item to be re-cleaned and later received a call stating that they were not re-cleaning the item because it had wrinkles in it and possible been worn. An excuse not to re-clean the item although the cleaners caused the problem. Don't waste your time and money going there for dry cleaning the people are unprofessional, unethical and not worthy of your hard-earned dollars. Please take you clothes to a business who appreciates it's customer and understand without the customers there will be no business. Please share with your family and friends and send a message to this establishment that if you don't treat your customers with professionalism, dignity and respect we will not spend our dollars with you.

First time I went Inside Magic touch cleaners Owner didn't speak no one in the shop was talking. The owner was very rude and nasty towards me and my mother for her work. I brought in a pratically brand new Tommy Hilfigher coat that I had less then a year, they washed and dried my coat. Something that I could have done at home with the rest of my belongings. Then she told me"wash and dry is the same thing as dry cleaning and that she didn't shrink my coat contact the manifacture." Then when my mother as for a refund she then grab the coat off the floor and tried to throw it away and my mom went behind the counter and snatched the coat from her and then she called the police, we waited for cops to try to resolve the issue but that stated go thru court orders.(I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO TO ANOTHER CLEANERS UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH ATTITUDE AND WILLING TO REPLACE A ITEM IN WORSE MATTER THEN YOU BROUGHT IT).
