This is the WORST bank in the world. Had no issues with First Midwest Bank for over 20 years and was extremely agitated when they switched over to Old National Bank. The process during the merge was disorganized, the employees were not trained during the merge and the bank is extremely understaffed. The automated customer service call system SUCKS and during business hours no ever picks up the phone and after being on hold for over 5 minute it hangs up on you. Calling several times or pressing 0 gets you no where. When you go into a physical location there is always a line and never enough employees. I wish I had the option to give this Review zero or negative stars.

This bank is not all that. If you have other options go with them. The customer service and staff are a delight. However, the system it's socks. The phone waits are generally 30+ minute waits each time I call. The app definitely lags a day or two with updates. The zelle bearly works through their banking app; I constantly get kick back when trying to relieve payments from new people. That's just a few of my issues nut who knows, maybe yours could be more pleasant.
