Until the girl in the office got offended and decided that she would not take our call, and left me waiting and hung up, she rejected my calls, I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was herself, we asked for her name and she hung up on us immediately, now they reject our calls , after saying that we were recording and would make the situation public, they agreed to talk, to tell us that they were not interested in our problems, when we tried to give a little context: we traveled 14 hours to obtain the degree, since we live in Tennessee, we moved from Chicago some time ago and we only returned to process the title, information that I was not allowed to provide again, since the girl in the office insists that she is not interested in our private problems' the title to process it we would have to go to Chicago, upon arriving at the office they treated us kindly and told us that we could not put our current address since it was in another state, they recommended that we put the address of the office and the office would forward it to the current address, now they no longer have the same kindness of the day that we process our titles and they tell us in the office that it is not their problem, and that we have to travel to obtain it or present a legal document to receive it.
