I brought a car from this dealership and my subframe was bent an from my acknowledgment this car was supposed to be totaled out and it wasn’t they knew something was wrong with this car and still sold it to me. I was played out my money and they won’t help me with anything.The manger of the dealership is very rude, ignorant, and stuck up.Please don’t ever buy an car from this dealership EVER!!!!!

Wow!!!!! This is my first ever review. At first I was very skeptical to look at vehicles being sold at used car lots ( very skeptical). Especially one that's located in Chicago Heights, no offense. I admit that I read every single review before deciding to call the dealer. I wanted just to speak to a salesman first to see what kind of vibe they give me. After speaking to the Mr. Green for five minutes I knew that I was going to give them a chance. My instincts did not let me down. O.t Auto Sales is a small family store that truly care about there customers and does not treat you like your just a number unlike some of the bigger dealerships. The atmosphere surrounding the store was very clean and friendly. I only dealt with Mr. Green who was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. He applied absolutely no pressure on me to purchase a vehicle the same day and allowed me enough time to think and pray about possibly purchasing my next vehicle without calling and hounding me. When I came back to test drive the vehicle, O.t auto allowed me to take the vehicle to my own mechanic to get it check out.Another concern of mine was financing at a small dealership. What kind of interest rates? Would my information on file be safe guarded? etc.... Like I said before Mr. Green is an ultimate professional, he demonstrated to me how my information would be safe guarded and I eventually purchased my vehicle with a 3.1% a.p.r on a used 2014 Chevrolet Equinox. I referred my girl friend to him and she had an equally great experience and vowed to buy her future vehicles from him. We both recommend O.t Auto Sales to any one that is looking for a vehicle.........I waited over a month to do my review because I wanted to see how my vehicle held up. So far so good..Way to go O.t Auto Sales!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nicest guys, no hard sales pitches (we all want to avoid that right?). Good deals and even worked with us to fix a minor seat tear, didn’t even blink an eye about it! Nice and totally straightforward!

Nonstop maintenance on a 4 year old vehicle that was only bought un March. Seems like every week this car is needing a repair. The timing quoted on repairs is not even accurate at this place.

With my recent situation in my old genesis and dealing with lawyers and insurance companies I was lost. I finally found a better version of my car that I loved so much and decided to check out OT auto. I must say this dealership gets my utmost respect and gratitude. Mr. Green helped me through the process and made purchasing easy. I can’t thank them enough for getting me in a new car! Definitely recommend them over an actual brand dealership. Great service and fairness

What an experience! Mark OT Auto Sales, was professional from beginning to end. He really goes the extra mile to please the customer. By far the best experience I've had with buying a car. Ada de was also extremely helpful and very friendly. Overall a seamless experience.

Awesome car dealership with excellent customer service representative. They are always behind their sales, if anything goes wrong, they will go extra lengths to fix it. They are also great with foreign cars repair.
