“The manager Jada in South Holland location was awesome, she went above and beyond to help us get a truck rental. Amazing customer service. Thank you for your help.”

“I've storaged my stuff at this location for some time and the service plus security are excellent... I moved my stuff out and no bugs or mice were in sight.. thanks to Derek, Elma and tameeka for your service at this location....”
“This is my second review. My short time having a unit here was handled extremely well by the staff. Ms.Jasmine and the gentleman alongside her were punctual and adamant about service. Any problem or concern that may occur is handled promptly. All while remaining hospitable. If they go above and beyond for customers, it should positively reflect on their employment status and/or pay rate. Again, thank you guys so much. #unit2k”
“I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who wants to rent a truck. Very pleasant people and quick service, clean and well maintained inside and out. Satisfied overall ??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Crystal and the other lady were very nice and very professional they had my trailer up front ready to go I was in and out in 5 minutes that's what I call great service.”
“Ryder in Chicago (Harvey ILL) Linda in the service dept. Was very pleasant to talk too and work with. She even called me personally to let me know my tractor was finished. They made me feel like It was important to get me back in my tractor, no matter if they had to drive three hours to get the parts.. They get a big thumbs up!! Grand Rapids Ryder also big thumbs up to them as well!!”
“I am truly amazed with the very prompt and cost friendly service I received here!! He didn't try hustling me because I'm a woman and he was really nice overall. Highly recommend”
“This location has been our go-to for years. Rented a truck yesterday to move my daughter into her new apartment. Staff was friendly and check in/check out was very easy.”
“Fast & Easy rentals with Jessica handling the booking and Mr. Smith managing the return. With so much stress moving, it was great to have such friendly and personable people helping make the experience lighter, ending the move with good feelings.”
“I rented chairs and tables twice one mother n laws repast and July 4 both times no problem in and out prices are reasonable will rent again friendly environment ?”
“Had a great experience along with clean equipment. With that being said looks like some folks just rather deal with the big guy. Maybe local ma and pa is just not for some of the people. Now I've always have had great experience with this neighborhood bunch of fellas. Thanks Kevin I'll send people your way peace ✌️”
“Rented a trailer from this location today (04/21/24), both the check in representative and the young man that came and checked the trailer were nice, friendly and made sure we were good to go.”
“Mike from On Target was very nice and very helpful. We ordered a trailor for hauling a motorcycle but there was no wheel-chuck in the trailor. Also half way to Alabama the drivers side tail lights went out.”
“Recommended for contactless transactions! If you are app savvy and don’t need to talk to anyone, this is the right truck rental place for you! Just book online, get your code for the keys and go! Return process equally easy! Don’t have to hear sales speech or buy products that you don’t need, it’s all up to you to select what you need online. Fast and easy check in and check out! Reservations not recommended, just book when you need it and go!”
“Each staff member I encountered was friendly, professional and very helpful with clear information and instructions. Martell, LaDonna and Janiece*(I think I'm messing up her name) were very helpful in arranging my reservations, storage unit and return of vehicle. The entire process was stressless and seamless because of those 3!!”

“Andy was incredible with us. They took their time with us and followed through with their word. They put a smile back on my daughter's face, after her first car she saved for many years trans blew. We will be doing business again with Midland Commercial Trucks & Hybrid Vehicles.”
