I love ALL of the employees at this location!The Mrs. Bank Manager adheres to policies and procedures professionally. She always looks very sharp and tries to keep a smile on her face. The tellers remember the customers and greet them by name.Neil, security superman, ALWAYS goes above and beyond his duty! Please give this man a raise and some special praise...Kudos to ALL of you!Stay safe and healthy!!!

From my own experience the bank branch manager at this particular place in Chicago heights on Dixie highway. Was being very condescending towards me and caused a major inconvenience at the time that I needed assistance. I am currently still waiting on a call back from her supervisor.

The Branch Manager is completely unprofessional and damn near racist and closed my account because instead of doing her job she choose to try to play a power game . thanks for the inconvenience and the disrespect 👠I'll be sure to let regional manager know once I finish this statement

The staff here is amazing. This branch has some of the best personal bankers. They are extremely knowledgeable, don't try to give you accounts you don't need, and make sure the accounts you do have will meet all of your needs.
