Simply ridiculous!! Do not even waist your time sending your prescription to this location . They are so horrible the staff has no sense of urgency you can go multiple times to get your prescription and they will say “ is not ready “ we are behind. My son had a procedure done a day ago and needs his pain medication and they don’t have it ready ! He is depending on this pain medication and he don’t have it because this staff is behind on work “ I will never request any medication to be sent to this location moving forward.

It’s a shame I always come to this Walgreens I experienced bad customer service today by a so called store manager named sheema there was headphones in the lock box with a sale price to which she herself gave to me once I went to check out it was not ringing up as a sale item so she knew it was wrong and didn’t honor the price being they had it in the wrong place behind a locked box … to me they are very unorganized & have horrible customer service …. Just take that extra drive and go to the one in Olympia fields

The pharmacy tech was extremely rude, I went at 535pm today 12/08/2023 to pick up my sons medication after his surgery. How was I supposed to know my insurance didn’t cover my sons medicine. I inform her I have a good rx code and my fsa/hra card. She asks if I can just come in since she has to keep the line moving, I inform her I’m sorry but I’m sick. Her demeanor turn really nasty towards me. After inputting the information, She grabs my son’s prescription puts it in the drop box and walks away without a word. I grab it and wait as I didn’t know she left my son’s insurance card and my fsa card in the envelope attach to his medicine because she didn’t say anything. She comes back to the drive through window with a nasty attitude and says hello and I just say “my cards”. She says they’re in the envelope and I say sorry I didn’t know and she looks at me very rudely and walks away. This was extremely rude, the drive thru is there for a reason, I’m sick and could not come in. Retrieving the good rx code and card took less then 3 minutes.. there’s no need to be rude. If you don’t like your profession or have zero customer service find a different career path.

This is about the pharmacy. I think it's true of all of them, tho.Lately my scrips are sent here from a central location. The scrip is correct but it comes in a huge plastic vial when the pills barely cover the bottom. Then it's in a huge plastic bag instead of a small one, neither of these are recyclable in my bin.. A paper bag would be better. What a big waste of plastic this is. Walgreens should be ashamed of this.So I'm thinking of talking to Walmart pharmacy to ask what they do and changing my prescriptions. It's just as close to me and has the drive thru.

Do not use this walgreens pharmacy as staff is incompetent and rude. Shift lead Wendy and Susan the pharmacist are terrible representation of your pharmacy. Nether one knows how to orocess a return? CORPORATE Train your employees for Walgreens before allowing them to deal with the public. Especially pharmacy where people are sick and rely on proper meds and equipment per dr ordered not the wrong equipment meant for a child. This is UNacceptable!!! Most walgreens get 2 stars at best Wake up Corporate and do something. I expect a response from corporate immediately or I shall remove all our Rx's and go elsewhere!!

The pharmacy staff at this particular pharmacy are rude, indifferent, unpleasant, and downright mean! During the Height of the COVID-19 epidemic, the staff there treated me so poorly, I would NEVER recommend it to ANYONE, particularly those suffering from mental health conditions. While I understand EVERYONE was burnt out there, at the time and likely to this day, there was ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE for the way I was treated visiting that pharmacy. I was COMPLYING with CDC protocol, would TRY to get my medications, and was and STILL treated like I was WORTHLESS by most the staff there. Additionally, their call-in system was, and for the most part, IS, still ABYSMAL!

Worst pharmacy ever!!! The staff is rude and it takes sometimes over 3 hours to fill a prescription. The pharmacist even gave me the WRONG prescription and didn't even apologize!! If you go there please check your meds before leaving! This review is based on my experience at this particular Walgreens, not all of them.
