waited for more than 10 minutes on phone and got disconnected. Such a waste of time

This is the most horrible place to come to for picking up medication. No one should be waiting in a drive-thru line for 40-minutes and still have to wait when its their turn at the window. The workers in the pharmacy department work at turtle speed and look like they just don’t want to be there. Needs better management!
