Anthony was such an amazing help. He helped us decide on a shoe and the customer service was top tier. He even called around to find the second shoe I needed when this location didn’t have the size and delivery wouldn’t make it on time. I will be back to visit this store for sure.

They doesn’t even deserve 1 star; worst treatment ever, I’ve been a customer for Aldo for a long time now; but after visiting Aldo at Chicago Ridge mall; I can’t believe how bad is the treatment. Aldo at Orland Square Mall is MUCH BETTER AND HELPFUL!!

We went to return shoes with receipt. Aldo indicated there is no cash available come back a different day. We came back and they didn’t want to return the order even with proof of purchase. Once the manager came then all of a sudden the cash is available. My body cam has entire footage of how you refused return even with receipt and original payment method.

I understand it’s the holiday season but the guy with the glasses he may have been a manager definitely Hispanic is rude. Terrible customer service. You are in sales; customer service is KEY! Do better. Don’t come to this location.

They don’t do returns or exchange at all. Very rude employee and when asked for the manager he said he is the manager.They make up excuses not to return a new unworn BAG with tag and receipt. When called customer service online they said I can return it even without the packaging.Worst service ever.
