He quoted me a fair price over the phone and was able to accommodate me by getting them done right away when they opened so I could get to another appointment. He was right on time to open the shop and the job was done sooner than expected. The price was honored that we discussed over the the phone and he didnt charge me to use my credit card like the last shop I visited. Honest and kind guy. My car stopped running, took it to another mechanic by my home and they told me I needed a brand new engine and unwilling to put in a used or rebuilt engine in my old 2013 Spark, for a huge price that I couldn't afford. Somebody that my son knew recommended Triple A and we had the car towed to their shop. Moe & Q were phenomenal! They put in a good low mileaged used engine at a fraction of the price. My car and even my car's a/c now runs better than before. These guys are the real deal!”

“Went in to get my back light replaced. The cost was $28 but the receptionist helped me get a $20 discount for getting an insurance quote, which was amazing! The woman I talked to for the quote was so sweet and helpful (and a fellow virgo haha), and the repairmen ended up replacing 4-5 lightbulbs for the price of one! My total was 8 and some change for superb service! I'd definitely come again and refer anyone I know to this location :)”

I changed my daughter’s passenger side wheel bearing on her 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Knowing it would need an alignment, I called before replacing the wheel bearing. “I was recently having an issue with my car pulling to one side while driving straight. I made the mistake in letting Toyota do an alignment with my car. They supposedly did an alignment, but my car was still pulling to one side. Toyota was suggesting I needed a new suspension for my 2018 Toyota Corolla. I went to Jay at Pit Spot for a second opinion. He puts my car on his lift, and within 10 seconds saw the issue. A big bulge in one of my tires. He then checked out my car with me standing with him, he saw nothing wrong with my suspension. All he suggested was I get new tires. Which he got me the best tires he could find. So, Jay is definitely a life saver with situations like this. If you are getting your car serviced by your dealership, consider going here. Jay will make sure that you get the best care for your car. He will save you hundreds, possibly thousands of dollars.”
