Unprofessional staff very rude and treat all there customers like scammers. I had to come inside and verify myself to get my OWN $. & it seems like everyday I go into that bank somebody is giving me an attitude. (Joyce)

I went inside the bank to withdraw money due to the amount. I completed and signed the withdrawal slip but could not remember my account number. Probably because I've had the account for years and typically do everything via the ATM or online banking. For that reason, I presented both my driver's license and ATM card to the teller. She located the account with the information I presented her but then was hesitant to give me the cash I requested. Said something about due to scams the bank doesn't typically do cash transactions for that amount and then inquired about why I needed the money. I answered just because it was late and I needed to deposit the money elsewhere before they closed. To avoid arguing, I told her to just give me a cashier's check. She was more than happy to oblige...scam averted. Lol. When in all reality, it's the same amount of money given to the same person---ME!!!. I am in my 50's and have and have had several accounts at different banking facilities over the years and have never dealt with such bull. I started to just ignore this but I can not. Needless to say, I will be closing my accounts with Bank Financial in the very near future. Won't be treated like a scammer withdrawing my own money. I gave them one star because the staff did greet me when entering.

For the 3rd time then less than a year my account was hacked bank financial needs to upgrade its equipment. Went to the Chicago Ridge location to Sign the dispute papers No one knew what was going on I received the text message from a 3rd Company that works with the bank.. Upgrade your equipment . You are going to lose a lot of long time customers

Do not know how to do their job. For over a week they have been so inadequate at their job they are going to cost me my car and residency.Any time I call they have another line of b.s. and are snobby and have no empathy for what they are doing to other peoples lives.

Worst customer service, including support staff like the old "guard". Rude tone (he looks unkempt, like a slob, uniform doesn't even fit). Telling all my friends to take their business/money out.

Until they get off their asses and catch up with the rest of the industry with immediate deposit checking I'm considering changing banks. This 4 day wait period for any check to come through is ridiculous and creates more financial instability for anyone banking here. I'm surprised they are even in business with this ultimately slow deposit system.
