This was my first time ordering from this BK location, and I was very pleasantly surprised by their great service. I placed a mobile order and upon arrival, the woman at the drive thru was very pleasant. I always check my order at any fast food restaurant before heading home just in case, and they had gotten every single item correct, including all the extra sauces I had ordered. All the food we had ordered was still hot and cooked just right (extra pickles and sauce on the whopper, added toppings to the wraps, etc). They even wrote “you rule :)” on my bag, which was not expected at all. lol. Overall, I’d go to this location again.

I saw the commercial for the $5 dup with the whopper and wraps. Tried to order the duo with the whopper and wrap and the lady proceeded to tell me that the duo is only for whoppers and you can't get the wraps in them. I told her I was staring at the menu in front of me and it says OR in red and capital for the wrap. She said "k. Anything else" don't advertise if you're not going to stick to it and don't hire employees who make it seem like a burden to serve you. Go down the street to the next burger king. This ones NOT worth it

I ordered a whopper last night and when I ate it I noticed the burger was pink inside. After about an hour I started to feel strange and woke up with diarrhea. I'm going to go see a doctor and also talk to someone regarding legal action because people shouldn't be served burgers that aren't cooked through from a burger king and also the topping probably wasn't cut on a clean surface I'm sure.

Love this location. Very hard working employees. Manager Renee is always on top of customer service and has her hand on the pulse of the entire operation and Orbit makes the best breakfast sandwiches in town. Bar none. Give these 2 a bonus or raise. Renee and Orbit keeps me coming back even though there are closer B K's around. I chose 103rd and Harlem in Bridgeview, ILYou didn't list the Croissant sandwiches. I don't care for the biscuits...

The hours say they close the dining room at 10pm and the restaurant closes at 12am, but I just walked up at 9:35pm and it's all locked up, the girl is mopping and she totally ignored me. I tried calling 3 times and no answer. The drive thru is also closed. Either update the hours or talk to your staff.
