Visited this store today. Was looking to purchase a couple of items for my daughter but was never greeted or acknowledged. However, when another group walked in after me they were welcomed. Will not shop here again! Staff need to learn how to greet and welcome ALL guests that enter your store!!!

The customer service here is excellent !! The store manager Nyah helped me find everything I needed within 10 minutes. Store was clean, everything in place, and many selections. Will be returning soon.

Inexcusable behavior by these employees there today(6/20/19) (3:00) don’t believe they were being honest about there names.
Attitude is a understatement.
When your on the clock your getting paid to do work ( physical labor or other wise)
Don’t need to make it along story.
To keep costumers coming back u must be professional
CARTERS MUST TRAIN THERE STAFF PROPERLY
EXAMPLE IF I HAD A RESTAURANT THE DECORE AND LAYOUT COULD BE THE BEST BUT IF THE FOOD DOESN'T TASTE GOOD IT WONT MATTER.
CARTER COULD HAVE THE BEST PRICE BUT THERE EMPLOYEES WILL RUINN THE BUSINESS.
PS: it’s not 1 bad apple that ruined the barrel its the soil that spoiled the tree in this CASE

just feel like the girls that work here could be more friendly...you work at a children's retail store, if you cant smile and at least give the customer your full out attention while at the register, than dont work here. The side convos can wait until you are done ringing up the customer. Like the inventory here and the location but the service is slowly driving me away.

The customer service is excellent! Every time I come here they make me feel welcomed! They are always willing to help as much as they can! I will be coming back to this location for future purchases! :)

If I could give zero stars I would very unprofessional and rude assistant manager by name Elizabeth kept rolling her eyes and had an attitude has no experience. I’m disappointed my daughter is 9 years old and ever since I’ve been a customer. I always shop at Carter’s but after this I’ll shop somewhere else
