Bad treatment and poor service

Had this shop change my front and back brakes not too long ago. Noticed a squealing sound like they were getting worn out, so I took it to another local shop. The other shop i took it to was extremely disappointed with the work that Checkpoint Auto did. He said that they forgot some parts on the brakes and WAY overtightened all the bolts. I called Checkpoint Auto to explain the situation, and they did apologize and said they would be more careful. However, with auto repair you only get a first impression and no 2nd chances after mistreating my vehicle. Be careful taking the vehicle you spent your hard urned money to this location.

It's hard to find a honest, professional and competitively priced mechanic. In Check Point I found one. I take all my vehicles here, and recommend family and friends to this shop.

I worked with Zayed, he helped me figure out what was wrong with the car was very nice and helpful my car drives brand new they did a phenomenal job on the car thank you so much! Definitely recommend coming here to get your car fixed for the right price.

Called in a few days ago about a simple issue i had, looked online for a local shop and this one, i call and explain my problem, while explaining i was interrupted and was asked what the make and model of my car was, which i answered which he replied, its going to be $150 an hour to diagnose the problem along with additional charges for parts. $150 to diagnose a problem which i already explained to him.. I recently reviewed this and he claimed “he never remembers speaking to me” and that i’ve “mixed him up with another shop” Very Unprofessional!
Clearly will do anything and everything for a dollar and to maintain the reputation they've accumulated.

Zack was fantastic, he solved a problem with my Chevy Impala that no one else could solve. He’s a guy who actually looks into the issue and does a legit investigation to figure out what it is. Zack did what no one else could, he’s the best of the best!
