Their staff is impeccable! They're thorough, have a vast knowledge of the menu, and always provide speedy service!The atmosphere is that of a normal bar and grill, but Chili's features fajitas, 'ritas, and burgers as their specialty items! Not to mention, they have THEEE BEST, SEEMINGLY AIRILY CRISP* chicken crispers as well, a customer fav, especially when tossed in their Honey Chipotle or Nashville Hot sauce!And the best part, their Happy Hour runs every day M-F 3pm-6pm if I'm not mistaken, but I'm sure that Saturdays and Sundays are HAPPY HOUR all day long!!!Vegetarian options: Ask your server about vegetarian or vegan options.Dietary restrictions: Ask your server about vegetarian or vegan options, as well as any dietary restrictions including but not limited to: lactose intolerance, any allergies to peanuts or otherwise, or any foods that may give the customer adverse side effects upon eating them -- such as jalapeños or marinara sauce, etc.Parking: Park on the North or the South side of the building, or for convenience you may drop your party off in front or conveniently give your disabled/elderly loved one a shorter walk to the door by utilizing the groove in the front of the building out of the way of the street -- you can even watch them safely come inside and be greeted by one of the wonderful men or women that are paid to do so!Kid-friendliness: Chili's has an extensive kids menu with various choices of sides, mimicking the adult menu in a mini version. I have been here in the past and had bad experiences. However this time it was a pleasant experience with great service, food and drinks. That's an amazing turn around. The only reason I came here was because my family invited me to this place. I'm glad this place did some effective improvements on food, drinks and service

Did a pick up asked to change it for inside was told no by the manager I even offered to tip on top of the tip I put on for take out but still a no told I had to order through a server so I said ok had a drink at the bar kinda soapy and got my food and left

Prices are kind of high at this location and it may be a wait time before seated.The Fajita plate is good to share along with a side of Mozzarella sticks.

Ok so first of all I am not someone to leave reviews on a business but the way my server treated my friends and I tonight was not very nice and I don’t think I been treated this way at a restaurant in so long. At first I thought I was the only one who noticed she was being very passive until I found a hair in my food that was very clearly my servers hair. When I said something about it she was very rude and passive and tried to deny it . The hair was a light brown almost kind of red. I have green hair so it would have been very clear if it was mine. I didn’t make a big deal out of the hair. All I did was ask for new fries because that’s where the hair was found. At the end of the meal when we were sitting around talking and waiting for my ride one of my friends and my self heard our server, Elvira I believe was her name, talking to one of her co workers calling us liars. I could have made a bigger deal out of the situation and asked for a manager but as someone who’s worked retail/customer service for many years I tried to be cool about the situation because I get it. In retrospect I should have brought the issue to the manager especially considering the fact that she was accusing us of lying. I would also like to add that I am currently five months pregnant and it’s mind blowing that this is how Elvira treats her very hungry and very pregnant guests.Besides the hair in my food I almost forgot to mention how she didn’t even bring me any silverware when I got there and the chips and salsa I ordered with my three for me came with nothing but crumbs.. there was no full chips on the plate.

My horn was not working in my 2021 Santa Fe. They were able to fix it at no cost because I was under warranty. I was very happy.
