Was in there today!! Have a heavy set lady That’s usually in there checking people out very rude to me I asked her questions she totally ignored me. Third time she answered me and then I said thank you even though I didn’t care for her she didn’t say you’re welcome. She ignored me and start talking to the next lady and it was done on purpose. OK I’m a businesswoman and it was done on purpose And I own Rosa’s down the street and I’m very upset. Not coming in no more

Great location, prestine environment, good selection and Nasyae Williams is Top Tier. She has a great personality, is very knowledgeable, and kind. I wish I could hire Her for my team at Walmart in Oswego.

This was a typical Dollar Tree. Slightly messy but they had everything I needed. I was going on a trip and needed the smaller sizes. I also needed a bag for a baby gift. They had it all. The only problem is there was only one cashier and the line was about 10 people long. I would have rated the store five stars if there had been another checker

The manager is sitting in the back for an hour while she makes 1 employee be at the register. If I could call the police on the worst manager ever I would. How are they a manager and sitting in the back of the store…. No one was working the register for 20 mins…. While she sits on her but

The interaction my husband and I experienced on January 31st, 2025 was not only rude and dismissive but also discriminatory and accusatory. My husband initially asked for a case or box of water, as we had 10 individual bottles of Eternal water in our basket, which he placed on the conveyor belt. The cashier, Kimberly informed us they didn’t have any cases available. She then instructed us to remove the bottles from the basket, stating that we couldn’t take the basket. My husband clarified that we were certainly aware we couldn’t take the basket, and politely requested if she could remove the bottles as she rang them up. In a rather curt manner, she refused, insisting that we needed to do it ourselves.
At this point, my husband asked to speak with a manager, and the cashier responded that the manager was busy unloading a truck. He expressed that we would see happy to wait. Contrary to her statement, the manager, (Tina) appeared shortly and came to the front. After the manager arrived, the cashier immediately proceeded to scan the waters. The manager acknowledged that there wasn’t much she could do in the moment but assured us she would address the matter with the employee afterward. In case you’re wondering, my family nor I will NOT be returning!!!!!

When I tell you this is a gem of a Dollar Tree, trust me! It is one of the best stocked stores. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly!! The young lady at the register was very personable and polite. When she wasn't ringing customers out, she was on the floor stocking shelves. Furthermore, Tina is definitely an asset. She was soooo helpful while working diligently stocking those shelves. Kudos to this Dollar Tree location
