“I had went in today 7/9/25 with my husband… as we had switched from AT&T a year ago and came to metro/t-mobile.. AT&T NEVER let my phone service go … which i didnt know about and i was getting charged from them still, even though metro/tmobile cancelled it when we switched to them…
So we came in and Edgar and one other gentlemen was there with him… and even though this was a weird situation, Edgar and his co-worker were SUPER patient and ended up fixing the situation and getting my phone back on and under Tmobile/metro.
I just wanted to say that Edgar was super professional and super nice and patient!!!
I understand they all deal with a lot every day… but regardless, he and his co-worker were still SUPER kind and understanding and patient! They are DEFINITELY model employees!!!! PLEASE GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! For real! We will always come back to this store now… Edgar is the friendliest and most understanding and troubleshoots well and gets the job done! He was the nicest employee we have EVER dealt with! And i dont want to leave out his co-worker.. whose name i did not get… but they are both stellar employees!”

Sound and light they hooked it up and we're way cheaper than having a DJ.. With technology now a day no one needs a DJ if they know what they are doing . “My boyfriend and I wanted to get into a plan together. We first went to the T-Mobile in palos heights off of 127th and had a very crappy experience with a man named “Ali” who said we would walk out with phones that day, who lacked great customer service, didn’t give us a run down of our plan, didn’t explain the promotions and who was very rude. Ali didn’t know what he was doing or talking about .. long story short we raced over to the T-Mobile in Chicago ridge and Xavier helped us out. Now let me tell you we should’ve went to Chicago ridge T-Mobile all along. Xavier was very kind, explained our plan and promotions we were eligible for, he even had us there 30 mins after close bc my boyfriend and I came literally ten minutes before the mall closed. So if you go to this T-Mobile go to XAVIER. Xavier was very knowledgeable, quick and the definition of great customer service!!”
