My insurance company recommended, and stated I had to use them in order to get repairs. I did get the repairs I needed however when it was time for me to pick my truck up My 2014 Terrain had a had No gas in tank when towed in it had a half a Tank and my horn and alarm was working once I got my 2014 terrain truck back my horn and alarm had been detached and they had me walk over to the store next to the shop to retrieve my truck. It was obvious the Tech had been driving my truck because he did not want too give it to me at the shop and as soon as I started driving the tire monitor came on I was just glad to have it back in my possession.

My whole family uses Fineline and has for years. They do great work and in a timely manner. I just brought my car in on Thursday for body work and it was ready the next day.

They provided me outstanding customer service. Professional & Courtesy! I received updates on the progress of my car repair. My car had extensive hail damage from the storms over this summer. My car looks new again. I will be taking my car here from now for other services. I highly recommend them😀

I brought in my 2022 Trailblazer for front end damage. Insurance took longer than expected but the office personnel kept me updated on the supplement. And Mark inspected the vehicle completely when I picked it up. I was very satisfied.

Do not bring your car here ,it takes them months to even finish a job even after the insurance people paid them in full ,it’s been 5 months without my car ,and every other week it’s a different story .They don’t call you or update you on your car or nothing ,they will tell you anything just for you to get off the phone with them .They are unprofessional,rude .Mark would tell you you a new story everyday.Seems like insurance fraud to me .They wil be hearing from my lawyer once they ever decide to give me my car.This car repair shop is a joke ,report them to BBB ,News,etc

They will make more problems to your car and tell you that you not allowed to come back to the shop even if you car is there they are terrible and will take all your money just to do some sloppy work 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 this place IS TERRIBLE 💯

They are super slow in service and very nasty disposition. They don’t do mechanical work on the vehicle if needed which causes longer delays.

I had some damage to my rear bumper. I saw a man named Mark. Very knowledgeable and price was good. Two days later picked my car up . Couldn't tell where damage was. Thanks Mark and fineline.
