Don't know how this repair shop is still operating!!! Had an accident back in 2022 and they had my brand new Hyundai Tucson for 9 months "repairing" it..... after so long you will expect my car to be at top notch shape right? Nope! Picked up the car back in May of 2023 and today for a oil change at my dealership they informed me that their is A BUNCH of cables unplugged and parts missing that had to be replaced onced fixed.... DO NOT LET YOUR INSURANCE PICK THIS BODYSHOP FOR YOUR ACCIDENTS

terrible company. I got into an accident last year in February which tore off my right rear tire and damaged my door. My car was sent to this company to be repaired. One, it took them 3 months to even begin the repairs on my car. Their excuse was that they need confirmation from my insurance company for the extra damages they found THREE months prior. They never called me OR my insurance company. It ended up taking them only one week to finish my car which was kind of sketchy to me because there was a lot of damage. Secondly, they are extremely careless and lazy about their work. I had to make two separate trips up there because when they handed my car the first time I went up there, right when I got off their lot, my car was shaking and I could hardly drive it. It felt like I was riding on cheap parts. The second time, they gave me my car back and told me that the reason my car was shaking was because of the “bad wheels” (my car didn’t have bad wheels before the accident). When I told them that my car did not have any of these problems before, the manager came out and told me that they only fixed what they were told to fix and anything else is, “not their problem to solve”. So, I took my car over to my mechanic and it turns out that I had no rear brake pads. I was missing both tie rods to the tire they “replaced”, my tire sensor was out, I was missing drums and my shocks were leaking. I also need a bunch of hardware done on my car. On top of that, they do not answer their phone calls and when they do, the connection always seems to be bad or get an answer from a lady with an attitude. I would not recommend this company whatsoever.

Took 2 months to fix my car from insurance. Got the car back and its now over heating while in park.

A true CHOP SHOP of horrors. They had my car for 3 months. Every time I called I received different stories from Mark, Brenda and Briar about why it was taking so long. When I finally got my car back pieces were falling off. Do not trust this company

Do not take ur car here all my paint peeled off my car was not fully finished. Missing tps sensor, rim cap, car was leaking coolant they said it was not from accident but was exactly where the accident happen, they took 8 months on my car and kept telling me it be done soon.Services: Tires

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! STILL going back and forth with insurance because the work was not done to restore my car as it was....like NEW!! Lil girl who hit my car did so with such force that it SHOULD HAVE BEEN totaled OUT!!! When I asked for a complete list of exactly what was, ALLEGEDLY repaired, Mark, the "manager" handed me a blank paper with Fineline letterhead at the top!! He refused and said they don't give customers a detailed list!!!Unethical, ZERO integrity and probably operating illegally!!! I'm not done with u yet Fineline!!! U are CROOKED and my car is NOT the same!!!!

What a bunch of butchers. Girlfriend complained about he air-conditioning so we took it to a mechanic and found a broken air cleaner . The fuse box is broke. Broken wires under the fuse .the ac they said was full had nothing in it. The ac doesn't work because of the broken wire. They had repaired this car months ago so there was no reason to check it. Be warned.

My car was there for a accident insurance claim. It took 8 months to fix it. They still haven't call me to replace the fender that they owe me. I had three lights on in my car that wasn't on when my car went there. An every time I call I get the run around like the guy Mark I think will call you back. It's almost June I got my car back in February an still no call back horrible service if you ask me. An the one in Joliet is bad to. They sent my car back knowing them light was on. both fine line collision are bad. An I hope somebody reads an decides not to go there for there insurance claims. Because you may hear good reviews from 40 yr old customers but the first timers it's always bad. An nobody calls to try to fix the problem I always have to reach out an never get a call back. Absolutely terrible customer service, not to mention it has taken 3 months for my car to be repaired. I am appalled and utterly disgusted I am a single mom with a daughter and son who needs rides back and forth to work. If you value your sanity and time don’t come here.

I've taken my cars here for over 20 years. From Corvettes to basic work cars or trucks. My whole family uses them as well. My work needed was always done correctly. Definitely a place I'd recommend.
