Finish Line is a shoe and apparel store that is fully stocked. The customer service and experience in the store can be good, with workers providing excellent customer service, a smooth exchange process, and effort in helping find the proper fitting shoe. However, there can be distasteful behavior and attitude from workers, including the use of poor verbiage with customers. Some customers are disappointed that the store does not offer a seniors discount. There are also reports of negative attitudes when customers try to use product warranties with a receipt.
Sim was a huge help. He really goes above and beyond.

Love this place. I went to so many shoe stores in this mall but JD will always be my favorite! Greeted right away with great customer service and they actually care to get you the shoes you NEED! Thank you for being so helpful.
