I walked in around 2:45pm-2:50pm. The lady who was at the front greeted me and asked what brought me in. I asked if they sell the OWYN protein. She said “I’ve never heard of that brand before in all my years of working in this industry.” I said “oh no, it’s been around a while.” She cut me off by saying “you didn’t let me finish.” At that moment I was a little irritated and proceeded to say “I wasn’t trying to cut you off but thank you for your service.” I walked out that store. I don’t know how your employees think it’s okay to talk to someone like that. Not only did she make me feel like I’m dumb because SHE never heard the brand but also the way she interacted with me was so unprofessional. Do better.
