Did not have to wait an hour for them to service me. It was clean, neat, well organized, and welcoming. Every one in every aisle was very helpful!!!! I left a Home Depot because it was a bad experience and ended up at this one which really was great! The cashier Paola and Manger Clifton helped me with my new Home Depot card and checkout. I’m thankful that great customer service still exists. I will never go to Oak Lawn Home Depot again!

Worst place ever to buy blinds from. It took two months to install blinds. I wish I knew this I would’ve bought from somewhere else or wouldn’t have paid for installation service at the very least.

ACCESSIBILITY REVIEW: The handicap parking spaces are towards the middle of the parking lot, so there still is quite a walk until you get into the building. There is a slight ramp up to enter the north entrance where the ECVs are located. Thank you, Home Depot for providing EVCs to your differently abled customers! However, I suggest that management ride throughout the store, including the Garden Center on a EVC, so that they might discover how completely unaccessible a lot of their store is! With end-caps and large ladders and utility carts in almost every aisle, it is very hard to navigate on an EVC. (The Garden Center on a busy Saturday is a NIGHTMARE.) Due to the height of the paint counter, it took the gentleman working behind it a LONG time to realize I was actually in-line to order paint. To the staff member in the garden center that stepped in and asked other customers whose carts were blocking the exit to let me through . . . I thank you! I only wish I had been able to read your name tag to give you a proper "Bravo!"

This home Depot in the ridge Commons of Chicago ridge is my go-to place for any home project. They have some great sales and their staff is friendly and very knowledgeable

Buyer beware! This home depot has the rudest cashiers with the longest nails they can't hire people that are customer service-oriented. The cashier with the 12 inch nails was super rude and general nasty attidude not pleased with this location I will not be using home depot I'm gonna continue to shop at Lowe's

I frequent this Home Depot pretty often. The employees have always been pretty helpful whenever I have a question about something and are generally friendly and willing to lend a hand. The check out staff have always been great to me and often go above and beyond what I expect.

The Tool Rental is second to none. This team understands customer service and ensures customers have a meaningful experience.
The cashier team - not so much. I was there this morning buying an electrical extension. The price on the shelf was $14.98. It showed, 19.98 on the register. A Cashier Member/Team Leader went to verify the shelf price. This made sense to me. It appeared, she left on a journey with no return. This was puzzling. She called another cashier stating she could not locate the item. The Cashier advised me of this phone update. I was surprised to learn a Team Member couldn't find a Home Depot item. I embarked to the area where the extensions were located. The Team Leader was no where to be found. I returned to the Cash Register where I left the extension. There she was, attributing het delay to helping other customers.
