Terrible customer service! Kathy is so rude and unprofessional. l've never experienced something like this in my life, I'm not sure how she has a job!

John and his staff (especially Kathy) are awesome. Nothing is too much to ask, they always respond quickly and with a smile. Thanks guys for being fun to work with.
