Do not buy a Sephora gift card from Kohl’s. Buy it in the Sephora store from the employees behind the counter. Someone in kohl’s and Sephora is doing gift card fraud. I brought and put money on a Sephora gift card as a Christmas present. The recipient decided to use it on her birthday this year but the balance was 0. We called customer service and they said that it was redeemed a week after I purchased it but that wasn’t possible on my end because I purchased it 3 weeks before Christmas. Customer service is doing a full investigation on this issue. We decided to compare the gift card purchased from behind the counter and the one that I picked up from the gift card display in the store. The front was the same but the back had different number placements. If it doesn’t have “Card#” before the scratch off number it’s fraudulent.

The new system of returns and check out in the same location is ridiculous! The lines are extremely long and usually only one or two cashiers to handle both returns and purchases period and the attitude of the cashiers is not very good!

I hate coming here! The staff is under trained you feel like an inconvenience! Cashiers have no clue how to do their job. Instead of ringing customers out they are to busy making rude comments about customers.

Where should I start - one damn check out for the entire store ???? Are you kidding me?? And waited in the return line to be told oh this is only Amazon you have to go to the normal checkout to return.. in a line of like 10 people and ONE checker and the ONLY CHECK OUT IN THE STORE. This is why this dump is going bankrupt . Literally never going back wtffffff is this. Nothing against the workers they were very kind but running a business like this is lazy and lost me as a customer for sure

Unprofessional employees and disorganized. I grabbed a few items in clearance and when the cashier rang them up it showed up as regular price.
When I tried to correct the cashier she was very disrespectful and spoke to me as if I was switching prices. I ended up walking out and not buying anything.

I understand that the motto for the holidays is stack it high let it fly for retail, but this is ridiculous. My wife and I had to leave because her wheel chair couldn't fit down a bunch of the walkways.
It looks like a flea market threw up in the store.

No more cashiers, no more Kohls crt crd but never was told they sold it to Capitol one. Customer service saved my sale. Are you trying to close the brick & mortar stores???
