  👋🏻 Hey fellow Google Mappers! ☺️ This was my first time going to Chicago Locker Room by Lids at the Chicago Ridge Mall. I wasn’t looking for anything specific, but they had a $10 hat deal going on so I had to see if there were any good hats to get. I found a really cute Anti Social Club hat with the Chicago Bulls logo on the side. Originally $49.99…for $10!? Such a steal! My boyfriend bought me the hat and I found a G.O.A.T. pin that had a $2 orange sticker on it but rung up at $9.99 but I didn’t realize until I got home. I’m planning on returning the pin the next time I go because I find $10 expensive for 1 pin. 😭

  Aaron and Danny are great, they do very well with custom hats and jerseys. Always helpful and pay attention to detail. Go to spot for loved ones birthday gifts.

  Worst place to do business with if I could give them zero stars I would I reported them to the BBB let's see how they resolve my issue next step is to get a lawyer they are real shady people here stay far away from them

  Horrible customer service. They have workers that keep folding shirts while customers are in the stores. They rarely pick up the phone or know their inventory.

  Amazing ! Paul accepted my call and had a thing pulled and prepared for me when I showed up. He likewise proposed a customization to the thing that truly made the gift stick out .

  Called before I got there to inquire about embroidery services. I arrive and the store associate is talking to me and someone on the phone! Tells me I can’t have my hat embroidered because they have too many to complete. As I’m asking questions of the process, or when do I come back, do I make an appointment what is the procedure for this service! He was rude, dismissive and I was basically told to try again! Horrible! I purchase from this company often but there many options! Poor customer service isn’t acceptable, ever!

  Awesome ! Paul took my call and had an item pulled and ready for me when I arrived. He also suggested a customization to the item that really made the gift stand out .

  Store couldn’t make an exception on a gift that I received because it was purchased more than 30 days ago. Shirt was unworn, all tags attached and even had the receipt from my brother. I was trying to return a $30 shirt and use the credit towards the purchase of hat and jersey that would have totaled over $200. The employee working there didn’t care and pretty much told me to take my business elsewhere because they couldn’t do anything for the shirt I was gifted.
