They move through customers very quickly so you aren't waiting in a line for a half hour like the other establishments I mentioned above. Also, the customer service is top notch. “I only go to this UPS store. The owners (I think) Kate and Michael are hustlers! :0). If there is a line they keep it moving. They are efficient, knowledgeable and kind! Mike is currently helping me ship something odd shaped and is going above and beyond trying to help me find the most cost effective way to ship it. It's a huge (UPS) company with a small boutique feel and costumer service. Thank you ?”
“The guys working the counter at this location are NOT PLAYING lol, the efficiency and speed was incredible, there were two very nice gentleman working three different registers and I witnessed them serve five customers including me, one with multiple packages in about 5 minutes. “I was a Lil irritated due to UPS was supposed to pick up a heavy box 5days ago. I asked my neighbor to put 2 boxes in the car. I got to the Westchester office around 820a. I went in and asked if there was a cart to bring them in. Ash and Loyal immediately went to my car and both carried a box in with no hesitation. To say they went over and beyond for me is an understatement. My wrist was messed up and I couldn't have done it myself. Big Kudos that real gentleman works at the Westchester office.”
“I usually go to the UPS in orland park and they would always give me a hard time. But this afternoon I decided the tinley location and a young man with a beard was very helpful and made me want to visit this location instead orland all the time.”
