Awful experience these guys will try every possible way to scam you they will not give The receipt and purpose so you cannot make an exchange if you try a size and you want it with different color they will give you brand new one on. A deferent size and when yiu open it at home and try it they will till you sorry it open we cannot exchange it theyare very unprofessional

I'm not sure if it was cause I was female sure hope it's wasn't a race thing but I walked around the store for 10 min no one ask did I need help. I. Knew at this point I would not spend my money in the store but I still went to the counter and ask for help just to waste their time. I walked down to DOLCE VITA super nice super friendly and bought my wedding suit.

I bought a sweater here and the collar completely came off of it when we threw it in the wash before wearing it. I brought it back to the store and said what happened and the guy would not give me my money back or exchange it. He acted like he didn’t believe me and argued with me for 10 min. Horrible customer service.
