Samuel, the driver who delivered our pods in Decatur, GA, was fantastic - he did an outstanding job maneuvering the truck into our apartment complex. The Des Plaines, IL facility staff were also very helpful in ensuring we could get to our things right away. 10/10 and would love to use U-Pack for my next move!”

Moved, stored and delivered her household goods from Chicago NW side to our new home in Woodstock,IL at the end of June. Then moved my 2 BR apt in Des Plaines to Woodstock as well last weekend of July. I had some large furniture, electronics and a safe- all arrived without any issues. They did an awesome job with just 3 guys and the truck. They're quick, professional, treat your stuff with care and respect and at a fair price. Most definitely recommend them!”

They were incredibly flexible when we needed to move the date due to a few issues on our end. They were clear with cost up front and the movers were the best part. They wrapped everything incredibly well, did an excellent job in normal circumstances...but it was 95 degrees and I cannot thank them enough for their hard work. I was stressed out about moving and they made it a lot easier for us.”
