They will steal your money. They were suppose to replace and fix my irrigation system, instead they pretend to have done the job but in fact nothing was changed even though I paid for it. Till I hired someone else who after thorough investigation came to conclusion that nothing was changed and all the parts were way old. John charged me for new parts and labor. Run as far away from this company.

Jan and his team did a very good job installing out irrigation system. The price was very competitive with other quotes that we got from two different vendors. Jan is very responsive and easy to work with. So far, everything has been working flawlessly and I would definitely recommend OTI.

So impressed with One Time Irrigation. From the quote to the completion of the job, everything was done professionally and on time and at the price quoted. Excellent service! It is wonderful to not need to use hoses anymore to water the lawn and garden. Jan is very attentive. Installation of my sprinkling system was done very quickly. The same day end result was a very clean and professional finished product. The coverage is perfect, with every square inch covered. I do not have and easy layout. I did not have to adjust time or coverage, though I could have after their system training. This company installed irrigation system for me. Wonderful work. The lawn looks like no one touched it. Every thing works perfect, the water reaches every inch of the lawn, the system works like magic, you can operate it from your phone. The guys came on time, worked for two days, and every time before leaving left place clean.

John Zmuda the owner provided a very fair quote with references. His team put 10 different “zones” without damaging 1 flower. The grass looked great afterwards despite digging it up fort he pipes.
