I placed a “special order” for the Timeless Bracelet on November 11, 2023. Was originally told that it would take 4-6 weeks due to it being holiday season. I was fully charged on my card and told all that I was going to receive a call for when it’s ready to pick up. From then till now I went into the store 3-4 times for an update and was always told that the manager wasn’t there and she’s the only one that can help me but should still give them another 2-3 weeks to fulfill my order. All those times, my contact info was taken but I’ve never heard back from them. It wasn’t until yesterday that they tell me it was canceled back in November but when checking with my bank, they processed the original transaction but never issued a refund. So I called them back and now I’m being told that the manager is away on a business trip and I would be in contact with her next week to see what could be done. My issue is why couldn’t I be told this as soon as my transaction was cancelled instead of lying to me and making me wait 4 months for a purchase that was never going to happen.

Placed an on-line order, went to pick it up on my lunch. Walked in and was greeted right away they grabbed my purchase and then said I had to wait in the line. The line was to the door. Since I only had 35 minutes i could not wait in the line. I spoke with the manager that suggested that I come back when I have time to wait. It was a pick up order, what is the advantage of ordering online, paying if I still have to wait in a line that would be longer than 30 minutes. When I asked if I can add someone else to pick up I was told that because I did not elect that option when I ordered it was no longer an option. I asked if I could cancel and was told I could but needed to wait in the same line. I understand that the store is busy, however the staff was super rude, and I can understand why is I already picked out and paid why I needed to stand in that line. All that needed to happen was for them to scan the bag that my charms were already in and verify my ID. Yes I can just not pick up and it will cancel but the hold is already been placed on my account. So frustrating, that 35 minutes for a order to be picked up was not enough time.

Worst pandora I've ever been to. I was charged more money for an even exchange. I felt unwelcome. The people there need guest service training all over again.

Ordered charms for pick-up online on 1/11. Went to pick it up 1/12 at approximately 12 in the afternoon, the doors were closed and the lights were off. I called and the automated message said the store was open, and sent me to the voicemail, and I left a voicemail stating that I came to pick up my order but the store was closed and I was unable to pick it up by the 1/14 (which is the last day) but could pick it up 1/15 if they could hold it. No one called me back. I called again 1/13, it said the voicemail was full. Got an email 1/14 telling me today was the last day to pick up, I called the store again and got the voicemail was full. There was no indication of why the store was closed during business hours and no representative has reached out to me to provide any support.

I am not sure what the standards are to be considered a manager, but the standards are very low. The manager refused to exchange my promotional item for one that would fit. I offered to take an exchange for a lower product and that was denied. Making purchases online and then being unable to return them in store is insane especially with a rude and incompetent manager. The policy clearly states I can bring online items into the store.

Terrible service they need to find a better system. Things that should take a matter of minutes take way too long and then they are confused on how to do simple things.

Love it! Great staff. Isabela was very helpful and answered my questions. In a previous visit, Melanie helped me out and was friendly and courteous.

Let me just start by saying I second just about every single review made here! This store is full of unprofessional workers. The manager is unprofessional and she is also a liar! She told me that I could only exchange items purchased online in her store that I could only receive gift cards or store credit! I stepped outside the store and called customer service and it was all a lie. She did not tell the truth because she did not want a return at her store I'm assuming because it makes it look like the store loses money. I'm not sure what her name is but she was a young hispanic woman and she was so very unprofessional and this store only wants to make money they do not care about customers. They do not care about customer they don't care about people spending their hard-earned money. Take my advice and take all the other reviewers advice and do not shop at this store. I would recommend you shop online the customer service is much more courteous and respectful. I repeat do not shop at Pandora Jewelry in Chicago Ridge Mall.
