I arrived to wash my dog at 630 pm and the rep said the dog wash closed at 6 pm . There is no website or photos indicating the dog wash closed at 6 online . This is an inconvenience to customers, especially those that work during business hours. I also tried to call early to ask about hours and no one answered the phone. Extremely unprofessional business . Also there are no dryers for your dog .

I arrived at 730pm and the website said they were open until 8pm. The worker said no they close at 7. I'm handicap and brought my granddaughter to help and had to turn around and leave.

I loved this car wash... Free vacuums and reasonably priced wash, and you will get a free wash within 5 days if it rains..... Went in 10/8/21 price change. $10 for a regular wash $16 the next highest. They raised the prices big time, which is their right as a business. I just think they put priced me, I can get a hand wash for the same price, without missing the back of my car.
